Portfolio This 130 living unit, 2 building senior living community was designed to meet Energy Star® heating requirements. MagicPak™ units were installed in each apartment, increasing energy efficiency as well as allowing tenants individual control of their central heating and air conditioning.
The 114,919 square foot, 3 story buildings were constructed as 159 separate modular units in Deluxe’s manufacturing facility. They were shipped to the building site via truck and assembled on-site using a crane.
