Portfolio This 131 room 6 story hotel was built on the edge of Lake Seneca in New York. The 50,000 square foot structure was constructed as 128 modular units which were then assembled on site during the winter. One of the unique aspects of the hotel’s construction involved setting the modular units over an interior swimming pool. Special interior finishing materials were needed for the pool area due to the chemically treated water’s corrosive nature. Deluxe completed 90% of the hotel’s exterior finish in the factory; an EFIS system was installed onsite. The hotel was designed to offer a variety of room sizes including suites, kings and doubles and contains a two story foyer overtop the pool area, as well as a bar and restaurant. With this project, Deluxe proved its ability to adapt to unique circumstances and still complete a job in less than half the time conventional construction would have required.
